PF subscribers should note that if their UAN is integrated with KYC details then they can send SMS to get PF balance details. Type the text in the format: EPFOHO UAN ENG. Here in the last three letters it determines the preferred language which can be changed as needed. Contingency fund: how to check PF balance via missed call:
If UAN is integrated with KYC, then you can make a missed call to the prescribed toll-free number. PF subscribers can give a missed call to 011-22901406. After the call, you will receive an SMS which will contain all the details of your PF account.
Contingency Fund: How to Check PF Balance Via Umang App:
You must first open the UMANG application (Unified Mobile Application for New-age Governance) and click on EPFO. After that, you will be taken to a page that displays employee centric services. Then you can click on âemployee centric servicesâ which will direct the user to the page. After that, you need to click on “show passbook” and enter the UAN and the one-time password (OTP), which the user will receive on the registered cell phone number. - Login to the EPF homepage of epfindia.gov.in
- Click on “Click here to find out your EPF balance”
- You will be redirected to epfoservices.in/epfo/. Go to “Member Balance Information”
- Select your state and click on the link of your EPFO ââoffice
- Enter your PF account number, name and registered cell phone number
- Click on ‘Submit’ and your PF balance will be displayed.
