PNB has requested customers to get a new checkbook from their local branch, or they can also request a new checkbook using ATM / IBS / PNB One. Customers should replace all post-dated checks (if any) with new checks on their eOBC / eUNI account, according to PNB. They can also call their local branch or customer service support number 18001802222 or 18001032222 to find out their branch’s new IFSC and MICR code, according to PNB. The bank also said it had previously issued text messages with the updated IFSC.
